His children, all born in IL were: Harriet age 21, Martha age 19, Clarissa age 18, Polly age 16, John age 15, Rezin age 12, Elias age 10, and Stephen age 5. Stephen HERRIMAN, above, later, married Matilda and appeared in the 1880 U.S. Census, Dallas, TX. He was age 37, born in IL and she was age 33, born in IN. Their children were Johnnie, age 7, born in MO; Mary E. age 5, born in KS; James L. age 2, born in MO; Harlan age 1, born in KS; and an unnamed boy age 1/12, born in TX. We would like to connect John with his earlier, New England, roots and wonder if anyone out there has a John HARRIMAN/HERRIMAN in their database, born about 1801 in VT? We would love to hear from you.

I am searching for information on David STEWART who lived in Crawford Co between 1800 and 1850. Did he have a daughter named Susan? Were there any other STEWART males living in Crawford Co during that period. The one I am looking for came from Ireland and married a girl from Kentucky. Susan was born in 1814 so he would have came to the US and married before that date. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
