Semi - Annual Report of their condition by the superintendent

Following is semi-annual report of R.A. Gardner, superintendent of the Anna State Hospital, on the condition of the patients from Crawford county who were in the hospital during the last six months of 1914, giving their names, date of admission, physical condition and mental condition:
